Q1. Is STEMAids a registered company?
Yes. STEMAids is the STEM education brand of Eduscope Smart Learning Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in New Delhi on 4 August 2021 under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U80903DL2021PTC384739). The company is GST-registered (GSTIN 07AAGCE5888B1ZI) and operates from Pitampura, New Delhi.
Q2. Is STEMAids a manufacturer or a trader?
STEMAids is a manufacturer brand. Eduscope Smart Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Udyam-registered micro manufacturing enterprise (UDYAM-DL-06-0069460) whose registered production activities include laboratory glassware and optical instruments, alongside R&D and technical-education services. Our STEM, TLM and LEP kits and science models are designed and produced under this registration.
Q3. What products does STEMAids manufacture?
Our catalogue covers STEM Kits (141 products), TLM Kits – Teaching Learning Material Kits (39 products), LEP Kits – Lab Experiment Practice Kits (10 products) and Educational Science Models (43 products), plus astronomy lab kits and further ranges listed in the full product index on this website.
Q4. What do TLM and LEP stand for?
TLM stands for Teaching Learning Material – classroom aids that help teachers deliver interactive, activity-based lessons. LEP stands for Lab Experiment Practice – kits that let students practise standard laboratory experiments hands-on with all required components in one box.
Q5. Are STEMAids kits safe for school children?
Child safety is designed in from the start. Eduscope Smart Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd is certified against ISO 8124-3:2010 (Safety of Toys – Part 3) – Certificate No. TS-GI-1001-2812, valid to 28-08-2028 – and manufactures under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. Material and test documentation can be requested for institutional orders.
Q6. What certifications and registrations does the company hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 8124-3:2010 (toy safety) and CE marking under the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU for applicable electrical products, alongside DPIIT startup recognition (Certificate DIPP232720), Udyam MSME registration, GST registration and an active Importer-Exporter Code. Certificate numbers and validity dates are published on our About page so buyers can verify them.
Q7. Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Every order is billed with a GST invoice under GSTIN 07AAGCE5888B1ZI (regular registration, Delhi), which institutions can use for input credit and audit records.
Q8. Do you export outside India?
Yes – the company holds an active Importer-Exporter Code (IEC AAGCE5888B, issued 6 January 2023 by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade), so international orders can be shipped with full export documentation. Q9. Do you supply against tenders and bulk institutional orders?
Yes. We supply schools, colleges, government programmes and CSR projects against tenders and rate contracts, and provide a complete statutory document pack (CIN, GSTIN, IEC, Udyam, DPIIT and ISO certificates) with every bid. See our Tenders page for details.
Q10. Can kits be customised for our curriculum or institution?
We offer custom-built solutions for institutions and learning centres – kit contents, manuals and packaging can be adapted to your syllabus or programme. Share your requirement and quantities and we will confirm feasibility, timelines and minimum order quantity.
